    Very disappointed with this jellycat, badly made, fur coming out, head misshapen, last couple of jellycat have not been very good quality, so mass made now, no quality control it seems. Shame.

    I have bought loads of Jellycat on this site and other stockists and I have never sent any back! I couldn’t believe this one I received, it was truly horrid (sorry folks) my granddaughter asked if she could have it as she “felt sorry” for it and I said yes! Otherwise it would have been making its way back! The other little rescue dog is so cute, I love him, but this, is a NO from me!

    Was disappointed when I got it out of the bag and it looked like it had been run over by a steam roller. It was so flat. It did seem to puff out when out of the bag but it is very scruffy and you can't see it's eyes. It's nose was very flat and looks nothing like the pictures. Despite this I really did struggle to decide whether to return as it is very lovely to cuddle and is quite a good size. Anyway, I did return in the end as I don't think it is worth the price and the quality is not the best

    My daughter was so excited to receive this cute pup as per the picture but what arrived was nothing like the picture. Even after brushing as people suggested, it is still shocking. Should not have to spend £55 and have to brush or trim it to look decent. Very disappointed and will be cautious when buying again as quality is going down fast

    Very disappointed with this new Jellycat. Nowhere near as soft and cuddly as it could be, the hair malts and texture felt horrible in my hands . For a Jellycat product and the price I would expect this to be much better than it really is.
