Percy Penguin runs the coolest business in town. The proud proprietor of Percy’s Polar Ice Cream Van, he’s known for his variety of flavours, with his best seller being Arctic Ripple (a family secret, heavily guarded and mildly fishy). 

You’ll spot him by the jingle – and the queue. He’s partial to sampling his own wares (quality control), and he shows up every day, no matter the weather!  

He can’t wait to see you on his next round, and if you want extra sprinkles, just ask!
