Having bought this item for my daughter’s 7th birthday this coming Thursday I noticed a very musty smell coming from the jellycat bag and bunny. The nose on the bunny looks nothing like it does on the page. It has a few sharp points on it, 1 being under the head of the bunny and also on the back of the bunny going up its back. This maybe stitching or something but it doesn’t feel nice at all. The arms feel like they are missing some stuffing from them. I am so disappointed, needs resolving.
