“Wonky seeing and bad customer service”

This was meant to be a gift, but one of the legs was sewn on wonky when it arrived in the post. I contacted customer service requesting an exchange and they replied to say this wonky sewing was within their product standards!! These products are not cheap to buy and Jellycat’s “product standards” are just not up to scratch - I expected better and am extremely disappointed. Will not buy from them again.
