Purchased 2 of these from Jellycat. The first had the arm sewn on back to front and this one has the ear sewn on back to front. Since the underside is patterned this would have been obvious to both the factory producing the item and UK dispatch team....but you shipped it anyway? The first return I asked for a replacement that was actually QC'd on the rtn slip. This was ignored and a refund given.Please sort out your quality issues it is unacceptable at the prices charged for items to be so poor
