    I bought this to go with my daughter’s medium Bartholomew Bear. The first one that came was not sewn well and Jellycat Customer Services were easy to contact and nice and quick to exchange in time for my daughter’s birthday, which was in just a couple of days. The second one that came was perfect and my daughter was over the moon! Thank you Jellycat.
