Once Amuseables Perta Snow Boot commits to a project, she gives it some major welly – and her Christmas decorations are no exception.

As the sole winner of her street’s annual Light Contest four years running, she’s determined to keep a firm grip on her title. Judging by the neon forest she’s recently installed in her front garden, she has nothing to worry about.

Despite her competitive nature, she does have a soft centre... for eleven months of the year. It just tends to go into hibernation the moment she sees tinsel.

    The winter collection this year is first class. Jellycat have upped their game when it comes to the high quality of the winter collection. The boot is such a good size and the materials used and all the detailing is amazing. Yes £50 is a lot, but when you see and feel the different materials with all the detailing and the weight of it, it’s definitely worth it. And even if you don’t usually collect amuseables, this collection is a must have, and will slot into your collection well. I love it!

    The only downside, is that it’s not a wearable, like the rest of the collection. Otherwise, Perta is absolutely beautiful.
